*         Country refers to Republic of Singapore

 

*         Data Controller means, for the purposes of the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), the Company as a legal entity that decides, individually or jointly with others, the purposes and manner of the processing of personal data.

 

*         Device means any device that can access the Service, such as a computer, cellphone or a digital tablet.
